目的:观察恒磁场诱导下,人舌癌细胞增殖周期的变化,与平阳霉素联合,二者具有的协同抗癌作用.方法:利用体外培养的人舌癌Tca8113系细胞分为四组:对照组、磁场组、平阳霉素组和磁场诱导联合平阳霉素组(简称联合组).用倒置显微镜定时观察细胞的生长状态并照像.流式细胞仪分析结果.结果:均以对照组为参照,恒磁场诱导可使G0G1期的细胞比例上升,而S、G2M期的细胞比例下降.细胞增殖指数下降(P<0.05).平阳霉素致G0G1期细胞比例下降,G2M期细胞比例上升,增殖指数上升(P<0.01).S期细胞比例减少(P<0.05).联合组则出现G0G1期细胞比例明显下降,G2M期,S期细胞比例明显上升(P<0.01).结论:恒磁场可抑制人舌癌细胞的正常增殖.恒磁场诱导下与平阳霉素联合应用,二者表现为协同作用.
OBJECTIVE: To observe the change of the proliferation cycle of human tongue cancer cells induced by constant magnetic field and combine with Pingyangmycin, which have a synergistic anticancer effect. Methods: Tca8113 cells were cultured in vitro and divided into four groups: control group, magnetic field group, pingyangmycin group, and magnetic field induction combined with pingyangmycin group (referred to as combined group). Observe the cell’s growth state and photograph regularly with an inverted microscope. Flow cytometry analysis results. RESULTS: The reference group was used as a reference. Constant magnetic field induction could increase the proportion of cells in G0G1 phase, but the proportion of cells in S and G2M phase decreased. The cell proliferation index decreased (P<0.05). The percentage of G0G1 phase cells decreased by pingyangmycin, the proportion of cells in G2M phase increased, and the proliferation index increased (P<0.01). The proportion of S phase cells decreased (P<0.05). In the combined group, the proportion of cells in the G0G1 phase decreased significantly, and the proportion of cells in the G2M phase and S phase increased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: The constant magnetic field can inhibit the normal proliferation of human tongue cancer cells. Combined with Pingyangmycin induced by constant magnetic field, the two showed a synergistic effect.
