外伤后急性硬膜下血肿是急性颅脑损伤中的常见病,病情通常危重,如延误治疗或处理不当常可导致不良后果。作者1997年1月～2000年1月对46例外伤后急性硬膜下血肿患者早期手术治疗,取得较好效果。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组46例,男25例,女21例,男女之比为1.2:1,最小17岁,最大72岁,平均年龄35岁,以青壮年最多(89.1%)。致伤原因:车祸伤32例
Acute subdural hematoma after trauma is a common disease in acute craniocerebral injury, the condition is usually critically ill, such as delays in treatment or improper handling can often lead to adverse consequences. From January 1997 to January 2000, 46 patients with acute subdural hematoma after trauma were treated with early surgery, and achieved good results. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 46 patients, 25 males and 21 females, male to female ratio of 1.2: 1, minimum 17 years old, maximum 72 years old, average age 35 years old, young and middle-aged (89.1%). Cause of injury: traffic accident in 32 cases
