Editor’s note: On December 23, 2011, the Municipal Bureau of Wenguang Municipal Government and the Research Society for Socialism with Chinese Characteristics jointly held a symposium on studying the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
