1996年2月,根据我国智能建筑发展的需要,建设部科技委智能建筑技术开发推广中心成立了智能建筑专家工作组,由全国知名专家38人组成。1999年专家组换届,经各单位推荐在全国各地共选拔专家92名。在行业内开展了一系列活动,在行业中做出了突出贡献,在国内外产生了重大影响。中国建筑业协会智能建筑专业委员会成立后,为了更好地为行业服务、为企业服务,2003年12月在建设部科技委智能建筑技术开发推广中心专家
February 1996, according to the needs of the development of China's smart building, the Ministry of Construction Science and Technology Commission intelligent building technology development and promotion center set up a smart building expert working group, composed of 38 well-known national experts.
