Dear leaders, comrades and friends, Today we are holding a grand rally here to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of the Qinghai provincial city transfer team. Twenty years passed by the city transfer team in Qinghai Province. Twenty years of arduous pioneering and active exploration are 20 years of seeking truth and being pragmatic and of pioneering and innovating. They are two decades of workout, development and growth, advancing with the times , Is the courage dedication, commitment to service two decades, although experienced vicissitudes of life, but full of brilliant. Here, on behalf of the Party Group of Provincial Bureau of Statistics, I would like to extend a warm welcome to the leaders, distinguished guests and distinguished delegates of the provincial government who attended today’s meeting and extend my sincere greetings to the vast number of urban workers who work diligently and selflessly in our province.
