从涡线啮合的几何关系入手,分析了以内冷却为目的喷油涡旋空压机喷油孔位置的选取要求及其运动规律;给出了最外封闭腔刚形成时喷油孔中心在静涡盘上投影的取值区域和区域边界线方程;提供了喷油孔在动涡盘上绝对位置的计算方法和公式,以及喷油孔位置的选取原则。
Starting from the geometrical relationship of the vortex line meshing, the selection of the injection hole position of the injection vortex air compressor for the purpose of internal cooling and its movement rule are analyzed. The results show that when the outermost closed chamber is formed, The area of projection on the scroll and the boundary line equation of the area are provided; the calculation method and formula for the absolute position of the injection hole on the movable scroll and the selection principle of the position of the injection hole are provided.
