目的:为医疗机构涉药人员防范和规避执业风险提供参考。方法:针对医疗机构涉药人员不规范用药、不对症用药问题及在审核处方、药品不良反应报告等方面存在的问题结合现有法律规范进行分析。结果与结论:尽管医疗机构涉药人员执业风险具有客观性,其存在是不以人的意志为转移的,但可以通过加强风险管理和对日常行为的规范,来降低这种不确定性风险发生的概率,进而降低执业风险。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a reference for medical personnel involved in drug prevention and avoidance of practice risk. Methods: In accordance with the existing legal norms, the problems existing in medical institutions such as non-standard medication, non-symptomatic medication use, and problems in auditing and prescription and adverse drug reaction reports were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Although the practicing risk of medical personnel involved in medicine is objectivity and its existence is not based on the will of human beings, the risk of such uncertainty can be reduced by strengthening risk management and regulating daily behaviors The probability of practice, thereby reducing the practice risk.
