中线恶网是恶性肉芽肿的一个主要亚群,这类病与恶性淋巴瘤关系密切。本文分析1983年6月至1989年8月收治临床诊断中线恶网病理诊断为恶性淋巴瘤40例。男28例,女12例。病理类型除6例为B细胞外,其余均为外周T细胞淋巴瘤。Ⅰ期17例,Ⅱ期14例,Ⅳ期9例;11例合并全身症状。原发部位:鼻腔27例,鼻咽5例,口咽8例(其中6例口咽鼻咽同时受侵)。治疗方法:单纯放疗18例,放疗后化疗16例,化疗后
The midline evil net is a major subgroup of malignant granuloma, and these diseases are closely related to malignant lymphoma. This article analyzed 40 cases of malignant lymphoma pathologically diagnosed in clinical diagnosis from June 1983 to August 1989. There were 28 males and 12 females. In addition to pathological types of B cells in 6 cases, the rest are peripheral T cell lymphoma. There were 17 cases in stage I, 14 cases in stage II, and 9 cases in stage IV; 11 cases had systemic symptoms. Primary sites: 27 cases of nasal cavity, 5 cases of nasopharyngeal, and 8 cases of oropharynx (including 6 cases of oropharyngeal invasion). Treatment: 18 cases of radiotherapy alone, 16 cases of chemotherapy after radiotherapy, after chemotherapy
