三虚灵由人参、虫草菌粉、麦冬、黄芪、肉苡蓉等中药组成。具有益气、健脾、补肾之功。药理实验表明,本品对小鼠具有明显的抗应激作用,能增强机体抗疲劳、抗寒和抗缺氧能力。对白细胞低下的小鼠具有增强机体外特异免疫功能和调节血糖的作用。毒性实验表明,该药毒性低,小鼠最大耐受量为30g/kg,为临床一次用量的450倍。小鼠腹腔注射LD_(50)为9.9g/kg。长期毒性实验表明,该药对大鼠重要脏器及肝、肾功能等均无明显毒副作用。
