目的 观察正常和胃伤害性刺激大鼠下丘脑乳头体前区 (PMH)内 P物质 (SP) m RNA阳性神经元的分布和变化 .方法 福尔马林导入胃制成内脏伤害性刺激模型 ,用原位杂交组织化学法观察 .结果 对照组的 PMH内 SP m RNA阳性神经元的数量较少 .中等强度的 SP m RNA杂交信号主要见于乳头体内侧核的中间部和外侧部、乳头体外侧核和弓状核 .给予胃伤害性刺激后 ,PMH内表达 SP m RNA的神经元的数量明显增加 ,较强的杂交信号见于乳头体上交叉腹外侧部 ,乳头体内侧核内侧部、中间部和外侧部 ,结节乳头体核尾侧部 ,乳头体前核腹侧部和背侧部 ;中等强度的杂交信号见于弓状核、乳头体上核和乳头体外侧核背侧部 ;较弱的杂交信号见于下丘脑中介核、结节大细胞核 ,下丘脑背内侧核、下丘脑后区及背侧部、丘脑底核、穹窿背外侧部、下丘脑外侧区和乳头体被盖区吻侧部 .结论 大鼠下丘脑乳头体前区内有表达 SP m RNA的神经元 ,其中的部分神经元可能参与了 SP介导的、对一般内脏感觉信息传递的调控
