从经济学的角度来说,任何行为都是有其一定的成本和特定目的的。在本文中,为了便于模型构建,假设我们案件破案率和经费、资源投入是具有一定相关关系的。也就是说经费、资源的投入可以看作是我们的成本,而案件的破案率就是产出。然后,在这个前提假设之下通过对实际数据的应用分析,得出一些数据理论支持,从而证明上述假设并在一定的置信度空间中给出可以用于指导实践的分析模型和推论。本文采取的是实证研究
From an economic point of view, any behavior has its own cost and special purpose. In this paper, in order to facilitate the construction of the model, it is assumed that there is a certain correlation between the detection rate of cases and the funding and resources input in our case.
