一、基本情况四会市地处珠三角地区,但属于经济欠发达地区。目前,四会市档案局在编干部职工7人,年办公经费约15万元。档案馆馆藏档案6.5万卷,预计2018年馆藏档案将达到9万卷。近年来,在省、市档案局的关心指导下,我市日益重视档案信息化工作,在人员配置、设施购置上都优先安排,为工作开展积极提供各种有利条件。去年,我市投入30多万元完善了档案信息化工作相关软件、硬件设施,进一步夯实工作基础,取得了初步成效。
