Emperor Qing Emperor Qianlong to King George III’s two oratory, is the famous literature before the Opium War Sino-foreign relations and maritime trade history. Based on the historical materialism, this article analyzes the basic connotation of the rescue encyclical and reveals the characteristics of the times and the historical nature of China’s late feudalism’s policy of autonomy and self-protection.
