目的:研究短瓣花根、茎、叶的性状及显微鉴别特征,为其真伪鉴别及安全准确用药提供参考。方法:采用性状鉴别与显微鉴别。结果:发现短瓣花根皮层外侧细胞较小,内侧细胞较大,导管较小,散在或数个相连,髓部有厚壁细胞;膨大根木栓层较厚,皮层宽广,髓部有厚壁细胞;茎方形,微具4棱,中空,表皮1列,皮层较宽,木质部方形,导管数个相连,断续成环状,有髓部;叶上下表皮均为1列细胞,上表皮细胞较大,下表皮细胞较小,可见气孔,无栅栏组织和海绵组织的分化,中柱圆形,木质部新月形,外韧型;粉末黄色,可见薄壁细胞、木栓细胞、具缘纹孔导管、纤维成束或散在、草酸钙方晶和草酸钙簇晶较多等特征。结论:短瓣花的性状及显微特征可作为鉴别真伪及制订药材质量标准的参考依据。
