目的 研究用CaO 基耐火材料打结坩埚熔炼铝合金性能的变化. 方法 依据对比实验的方法, 测定用两种不同炉衬材料熔炼铝合金的性能指标. 结果 根据测试数据可知, 铝合金在两种坩埚中熔炼, 性能变化不大. 结论 CaO 基耐火材料可满足铝合金熔炼设备的需要, 具有广泛的应用价值.
Objective To study the change of properties of crucible melted aluminum alloy with CaO-based refractories. Methods According to the method of comparative experiment, the performance indexes of aluminum alloy melting with two different lining materials were determined. Results According to the test data, it can be seen that the aluminum alloy melted in two crucibles with little change in performance. Conclusion CaO based refractories can meet the needs of aluminum alloy smelting equipment, which has a wide range of applications.
