氰化物剧毒,水中含氰化物对人、畜和水生生物部十分有害,因此,检测氰化物已成为环保和卫生等部门的重要研究课题。用化学法测定水中氰化物,虽然灵敏度较高,但操作烦琐费时。用离子选择性电极法测定氰化物,国内外已有许多报道,但一般灵敏度较低,检测下限为1×10~(16)M,不能满足饮用水和天然水的测定要求。我们用快速蒸馏法分离富集氰化物,并用真空熔融小型碘电极格氏作图法进行测定。析测下限达3×10~(-8)MCN~-,重现性良好,回收率在90%—110%之间,与比色法进行对照试验,结果相符。
Cyanide is highly toxic. Cyanide in water is very harmful to human, livestock and aquatic organisms. Therefore, the detection of cyanide has become an important research topic in environmental protection and health departments. Chemical determination of cyanide in water, although the higher the sensitivity, but tedious and time-consuming operation. Ion-selective electrode determination of cyanide, there are many reports at home and abroad, but the general low sensitivity, detection limit of 1 × 10 ~ (16) M, can not meet the determination of drinking water and natural water requirements. We separated the enriched cyanide by flash distillation and determined by the Giemsa method of vacuum melting of small iodine electrodes. The limit of detection was 3 × 10 -8 MCN ~ -. The reproducibility was good and the recovery was between 90% and 110%. The results were in good agreement with the colorimetric method.
