黑龙江省东京城林业局1997年以前处于亏损状况,资产负债率达109.1%。近两年面对木材产量下调、减收增支因素不断增加等困难,靠转换经营机制、提高管理水平、实施天保工程、发展三大产业、加强木材营销、推进文明建设等使企业走上了振兴之路,社会总产值连续2年突破3亿元,两年完成上缴税金1850万元,实现利润1064.4万元;1999年资产负债率下降为88%。企业振兴给我们提供了6点启示。
