榆林气田为低碳硫比气田,原料天然气基本不含硫(H_2S含量≤20mg/m~3),凝析油/重烃含量较低。采用丙烷外部制冷低温分离脱水脱烃工艺,并优化制冷温度,选择丙烷制冷温度为-15℃的浅冷工艺处理天然气,满足产品气外输对水、烃露点的要求,同时可回收一定的凝析油副产品。榆林南区天然气生产规模为20×10~8m~3/a,天然气处理量为600×10~4m~3/d。1天然气处理工艺流程
