Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is one of the common blood diseases. The prevalence of women is significantly higher than men (M: M = 1: 3 ~ 5), and the disease occurs in young women of childbearing age, so the disease and pregnancy associated with the opportunity is not uncommon. It has been reported in the past that such pregnant women have 11% gestational mortality and 25% neonatal mortality. Since the advent of adrenal hormones in the early 1950s, the maternal mortality rate has dropped to “0” and the average number of neonatal deaths in the comprehensive literature has also been reduced (11.4%). ITP accompanied by pregnancy first reported by Conti in 1933, see limited literature, so far reported 154 cases of 224 pregnancies and 229 fetuses. In fact, far more than this one
