近年来,大学生心理健康问题已经成为社会的关注热点之一,大学生心理健康教育也引起国家与高等院校的广泛重视。如何加强大学生心理健康教育,探索大学生心理健康教育的有效途径,成为各高等院校目前急切需要深入研究的课题之一。本文以几所地方性本科院校为例,对大学生心理健康教育工作现状进行了调查研究,结果表明:(一)构建层次性心理健康教育目标重视不够,发展性心理咨询工作少;(二)部分老师和多数学生对心理问题和心理健康存在不科学的认识,甚至存在偏见;(三)有关制度和绩效量化标准缺乏科学性和完善性;(四)大一新生的心理健康教育不足;(五)心理健康教育师资和形式新颖的教育载体匮乏。针对此种现状,笔者就如何加强大学生心理健康教育提出了四点对策。
In recent years, the problem of college students’ mental health has become one of the social hot spots. The mental health education of college students has also drawn wide attention from the state and universities. How to strengthen the mental health education of university students and explore the effective way of mental health education for college students has become one of the topics that colleges and universities urgently need further study. Taking several local undergraduate colleges as an example, this paper investigates the status quo of college students’ mental health education. The results show that: (1) the goal of building a structured mental health education is not enough, and there are few development counseling; (2) Some teachers and most students have unscientific knowledge of psychological problems and mental health, and even prejudice; (3) lack of scientificness and perfection in the quantitative standards of relevant systems and performance; (4) lack of education in mental health of freshmen; E) Lack of mental health education teachers and new forms of educational carrier. In response to this situation, the author on how to strengthen mental health education for college students put forward four countermeasures.
