德育工作是学校工作的重中之重。对于社会的发展而言,教育放首位;而对于教育而言,德育是首位的。解决了做人的问题,做事的问题也就迎刃而解了,德育的实效性也就得以彰显。笔者曾多年担任听障班班主任,也一直从事听障生德育教学工作,本文将主要从班级管理这个视角对提升听障生德育实效性途径进行阐述,以飨同行。
Moral education is the top priority of school work. For the development of society, education puts first place; and for education, moral education is the first place. Solve the problem of doing things, work problems will be solved, the effectiveness of moral education will be demonstrated. The author has served as head teacher for many years in hearing impairment, and has been engaged in the teaching of moral education for hearing impaired. This article will mainly elaborate on ways to enhance the effectiveness of moral education for students with impaired hearing from the perspective of class management.
