以天然食物配制的高纤维食品含较高的粗纤维及蛋白质,并富有多种必需氨基酸和锌、铬等微量元素。以等碳水化物含量的馒头和高纤维食品,对正常小鼠、四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠及正常人进行糖耐量试验,证明服高纤维食品的糖耐量曲线下面积明显低于吃馒头的面积。18例Ⅱ型糖尿病病人(女10人,男8人),每天吃二两高纤维食品,同时扣除二两主食,34天后,空腹血糖及餐后2小时血糖均有明显改善,但对血清电解质无影响。说明该食品在试用期不影响正常营养成分的吸收。18例糖尿病病人中17人超体重,试用高纤维食品后,16人降体重,自身对比,试用前后有非常显著差异。在动物实验中,该食品明显改善糖尿病小鼠的三多症状。临床试用过程中,病人症状也有相应的改善,如:饮水及尿量减少,体力增强,便秘缓解等。因此,高纤维食品是适用于糖尿病患者的疗效食品。
High-fiber foods formulated with natural foods contain high crude fiber and protein, and are rich in various essential amino acids and trace elements such as zinc and chromium. To carbohydrate content of steamed bread and high fiber foods, normal mice, alloxan diabetic mice and normal glucose tolerance test to prove that high fiber foods under the curve of glucose tolerance was significantly lower than eating bread area. Eighteen patients with type II diabetes (10 males and 8 females) ate twenty-two high-fiber foods a day and twenty-two staples, and fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose were all significantly improved after 34 days. However, serum electrolytes no effect. Description of the food during the probation period does not affect the absorption of normal nutrients. Among 18 patients with diabetes, 17 were overweight. After high-fiber food was tested, the weight of 16 people was decreased. There was a significant difference between before and after the trial. In animal experiments, the food significantly improved more than three symptoms in diabetic mice. Clinical trial process, the patient’s symptoms have also been corresponding improvements, such as: reduced drinking water and urine output, physical strength, constipation and ease. Therefore, high-fiber foods are effective foods for diabetic patients.
