拦河坝是坝式水輪泵站一項主要的基建工程,投資比較大,因此,筑坝的原则应該是永久坝与簡易坝相結合,根据具体情况来选定坝型。目前尚未有条件修筑永久坝的地方,可先修筑簡易坝,待条件成熟之后,再逐步将簡易坝改建成永久坝。我区群众在党的領导下,本着“因地制宜,就地取材”的原則,充分吸取了千百年来修筑筒車坝的經驗,自力更生創造了許多筑坝方法。
The dam is a major infrastructural project of a dam-type water pump station, with relatively large investment. Therefore, the principle of dam construction should be a combination of a permanent dam and a simple dam, and the dam type should be selected according to the specific conditions. At present, there is no condition to build a permanent dam where a simple dam can be constructed. After the conditions are ripe, the simple dam will be gradually converted into a permanent dam. Under the leadership of the party, the masses in our district have fully absorbed the experience of thousands of years of building the Chucheba dam and created a lot of damming methods based on “the principle of local conditions and local materials”.
