为了深入研究电流变体中电压阀值 (Ec)产生的机理 ,实验设计了一种全新的测试方法饱和电压法 ,并用此方法明确地证实了电压阀值 (Ec1和Ec2 )的存在同时对此作出了解释 ;而且还对两种典型的电流变模型在不同电流变体中的适用性作出了定义。计算机模拟的结果分别给出了两个对应于电压阀值Ec1和Ec2的序参量 φ1 =1 5和 φ2 =4 5。
In order to further study the mechanism of the voltage threshold (Ec) in the current variant, a new test method, a saturation voltage method, was experimentally designed and this method was used to clearly confirm the existence of voltage thresholds (Ec1 and Ec2) But also defines the applicability of two typical ER models in different current variants. The results of the computer simulation show that the order parameters φ1 = 1 5 and φ2 = 4 5 correspond to the voltage thresholds Ec1 and Ec2, respectively.
