目前高校后勤社会化改革不断深化,但是在高校中还存在思想政治工作不深不细,内容不丰富,形式陈旧简单,质量不高的问题。原因是多方面的,但有一点原因是很清楚的,那就是缺乏针对性。往往停留在表面浅层次水平上,没有真正做到深层次,更真实更具体更实在的程度。思想政治工作者只有深入群众之中,真正了解掌握群众思想深处想些什么?思想上有什么困惑?工作生活中有哪些具体问题和困难,才能做到有的放矢有针对性地开展思想政治工作,才能收到实效。下面从三个方面谈一点个人看法:1.人们思想深处困惑的问题是什么?
