目的:探讨医学高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题与解决方案。方法:通过对“双师型”教师的内涵研究,并根据医学高职院校教师队伍的现状和特点,探讨“双师型”教师队伍建设的途径,提出从管理机制、实践技能、理论教学等方面培养“双师型”教师队伍的策略。结果:制定和执行“双师型”教师标准,深化“院系一体”办学模式,拓宽“双师型”教师培养的渠道,是“双师型”教师队伍建设的重要途径。结论:只有加强“双师型”师资队伍建设,才能不断提高医学高职院校人才培养质量。
Objective: To probe into the existing problems and solutions of the construction of “double teacher” teachers in medical vocational colleges.
