目的建立HPLC法同时测定索咪新尿素乳膏中丙酸氯倍他索和硝酸咪康唑的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%乙酸铵溶液(90:10,V/V),流速1.0mL·min~(-1),检测波长240 nm,内标为苯甲酸苄酯。结果丙酸氯倍他索在7.5～12.5 mg·L~(-1)内和硝酸咪康唑在300～500 mg·L~(-1)内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),回收率均>98%,日内、日间RSD均<1.5%。结论本方法准确灵敏,可用于索咪新尿素乳膏中丙酸氯倍他索和硝酸咪康唑的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a simultaneous HPLC method for the determination of clobetasol propionate and miconazole nitrate in the nasal spray. Methods Diamonsil C_ (18) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol - 0.1% ammonium acetate solution (90:10, V / V) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. Benzyl ester. Results The calibration curve of clobetasol propionate in the range of 7.5 ~ 12.5 mg · L -1 was linear with that of miconazole nitrate in the range of 300 ~ 500 mg · L -1 (r = 0.999 9).
