目的:探究个性化护理管理对提高患者治疗依从性的临床效果。方法:浙江省丽水市中医医院自2014年2月开始在医院实施人性化护理管理,从实施前后收治的患者中各随机选取25例患者作为研究对象。实施之前收治的患者作为对照组,对其进行常规护理。实施个性化护理管理之后收治的患者作为干预组。比较分析实施前后两组患者治疗的依从性。结果:干预组患者治疗依从性的各项调查指标均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:个性化护理管理干预可以提高患者的治疗依从性,提高患者满意度,也在一定程度上降低了临床医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of personalized nursing management to improve patient compliance with treatment. Methods: Lishui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhejiang Province implemented humanized nursing management in the hospital since February 2014, and randomly selected 25 patients from before and after the implementation of the project as the research object. Patients treated before implementation as a control group, routine care. Patients treated after personalized care management were treated as intervention groups. Comparative analysis of the two groups before and after treatment compliance. Results: All the indexes of treatment adherence in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Personalized nursing intervention can improve patient compliance and improve patient satisfaction, and to a certain extent, reduce the incidence of clinical medical disputes.
