一、我国企业工资制度严重存在着既不讲效益又不讲公平的问题我国现有工资制度,不论是企业工资还是事业工资,基本上是1956年在搬用当时苏联的工资制度基础上制定的,其特点是高度集中统一的管理。随着经济建没的发展,它与按量分配的要求差距越来越大,它不仅表现为劳动者的工资和劳动者个人、企业集体所提供并得到实现的劳动量没有什么联系,而有且表现为劳动者的工资与劳动者个人实际投入的劳动量的关系也不密切,造成了企业吃国
I. There is a serious problem in our country’s wage system that neither pays dividends nor speaks about fairness. The current wage system in China, whether it is corporate wages or wages, was basically established on the basis of the transfer of the Soviet Union’s wage system in 1956. It is characterized by highly centralized and unified management. With the development of the economy, the disparity between it and the requirement for quantitative allocation has become greater. It not only shows that the wages of workers are not related to the individual laborers and the amount of labor provided and realized by the enterprise collectives. It also shows that the relationship between the wages of the laborers and the actual labor input by the laborers is not closely related, which has caused the enterprises to eat the country.
