党校是党的重要工作部门,同时又是培养领导干部的学校,其双重性质决定了党校既具有教学共性,又具有一定的教育特殊性。中文作为党校教育的重要部分,构建具有党校特色的中文教学体系就显得极为重要。构建特色的中文教学体系,要从以下三方面入手:树立以岗位需求为向导的教学理念;安排以实践应用为原则的教学内容;采用以能力培养为目标的教学手段。
Party school is the important work department of the party, at the same time it is the school that nurtures the leading cadre. The double nature of the party school determines both the teaching commonality and the particularity of education. As an important part of Party school education, it is very important to construct a Chinese teaching system with Chinese characteristics. To construct a distinctive Chinese teaching system, we should start from the following three aspects: establishing a teaching concept guided by job requirements; arranging teaching contents based on practical application; and adopting teaching methods aimed at capacity-building.
