目的:探究常见白血病经骨髓细胞形态+外周血细胞形态学检查的临床价值.方法:选取疑似白血病患者50例,均进行血常规检查,随机分为两组,进行血常规检查结果复检.对照组采用骨髓细胞涂片分析,观察组采用外周血联合骨髓细胞涂片分析.对比两组血液检查结果.结果:观察组白血病检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:临床诊断常见白血病可在血细胞计数异常的检查结果基础上,联合涂片分析检查,共同得出是否患有白血病的诊断结果,其中骨髓细胞涂片检查疾病的符合率高.
