随着电视节目、电影市场多样化的需求,民营影视经济成为了中国影视产业多元经济的重要组成部分。民营影视公司已经从20世纪80年代的幕后工作者逐渐走到台前,甚至牵动着整个影视行业的发展。这些民营影视公司渐渐被大众熟知,已经成为了票房号召力、电视收视率以及观众满意度的保险绳之一。由于行业特殊性,呈现出了人才流动大、人才专业性要求强、管理人才匮乏等特点。其人力资源管理在极大程度上都决定着民营传媒企业的发展。
