战略人力资源管理是企业发展战略制定的依据,是企业竞争的关键所在。科学、合理的战略人力资源管理,对企业人力资源规划、招聘、培训开发、薪酬、绩效等方面都产生了重要影响,是促进企业长远发展的有力保证。基于此,从战略人力资源管理的特征出发,阐述战略人力资源管理对企业绩效的重要影响,并提出相应的改善策略。
Strategic human resource management is the basis for the development of enterprise development strategy is the key to business competition. Scientific and reasonable strategic human resource management has had a significant impact on human resources planning, recruitment, training and development, remuneration and performance of enterprises, and is a powerful guarantee for the long-term development of enterprises.
