习近平强调,我国是中国共产党领导的社会主义国家,公有制经济是长期以来在国家发展历程中形成的,为国家建设、国防安全、人民生活改善作出了突出贡献,是全体人民的宝贵财富,当然要让它发展好,继续为改革开放和现代化建设作出贡献。我们强调把公有制经济巩固好、发展好,同鼓励、支持、引导非公有制经济发展不是对立的,而是有机统一的。公有制经济、非公有制经济应该相辅相成、相得益彰,而不是相互排斥、相互抵消。
Xi Jinping emphasized that China is a socialist country led by the CPC and that the public-owned economy has long been formed in the course of national development and made outstanding contributions to the improvement of national construction, national defense and the improvement of people’s lives. It is a precious asset for all the people, of course. Let it develop well and continue to make its contribution to the reform and opening up as well as to the modernization drive. We emphasize that to consolidate and develop the public-owned economy, we should not be opposed to encouraging, supporting and guiding the development of the non-public sector of the economy, but should be organically reunified. The public-owned economy and the non-public-owned economy should complement each other and complement each other, rather than mutually exclusive and offset each other.
