测绘科学与其他相关学科结合,充分利用测绘成果进行多学科、多因素综合分析将为各级政府提供更丰富可靠的决策支持信息。城市规划与管理是一门与测绘密切相关的综合性科学,涉及社会、经济、环境等空间和非空间数据的获取、分析处理、综合利用。城市规划信息系统采用多功能模块和概念模式实现综合分析和决策。该系统的初级阶段以交三方式利用各种知识和控制分析过程,高级阶段则将知识也作为资源实现自动推理和判决,从而使城市规划与管理活动逐步自动化。
Combining the science of surveying and mapping with other related disciplines and making full use of surveying and mapping achievements to conduct multi-disciplinary and multi-factor comprehensive analysis will provide governments at all levels with richer and more reliable decision support information. Urban planning and management is a comprehensive science closely related to surveying and mapping. It involves the acquisition, analysis, processing and comprehensive utilization of spatial and non-spatial data such as society, economy and environment. The urban planning information system uses a multi-functional module and a conceptual model to achieve comprehensive analysis and decision-making. The primary stage of the system utilizes various knowledge and control analysis processes in the pay-as-you-go mode, while the advanced stage uses knowledge as a resource to implement automatic reasoning and judgment, thereby gradually automating urban planning and management activities.
