河南新乡宝山电厂2×660 MW工程,每台机组配备一座淋水面积为9000 ㎡自然通风逆流式双曲线型冷却塔,塔高150 m,钢筋混凝土结构。从冷却塔的结构特点出发,重点对工程中所采用的环基大体积混凝土跳仓施工、人字柱及环梁的现浇流水施工工艺以及筒壁施工中的YDQ26×5-7液压平桥、SC200/200型变频电梯、地泵的使用、环梁子午向钢筋改进、淋水构件吊装组织等施工技术进行了详细的阐述和总结。
2 × 660 MW project of Baoshan Power Plant in Xinxiang, Henan Province. Each unit is equipped with a natural ventilation counterflow hyperbolic cooling tower with a water area of 9000 ㎡.
