为了控制内生集壶菌发生面积,减轻危害程度,更好地促进马铃薯产业健康发展,笔者搜集了18个马铃薯品种,通过接种试验,在生长期和收获期进行病情调查和产量调查,以筛选出抗病、高产、优质品种在内生集壶菌发生区推广应用。试验结果表明:毕薯5号、青薯168两个品种既抗病又高产,可以在病区示范推广;河坝、烟盒、地龙一号和青薯9号、毕薯4号5个品种抗性水平为高感和中感,建议不在内生集壶菌发生区域种植;其他品种可进一步组织观察其抗性。
In order to control the occurrence area of endophyte Chytridiomycota, reduce the degree of harm, and promote the healthy development of potato industry better, the author collected 18 potato varieties. Through inoculation experiments, the disease investigation and yield investigation were conducted in the growth phase and the harvest phase to screen A disease-resistant, high-yielding, high-quality varieties of endophyte Ji bacteria in the area of promotion and application. The results showed that the two varieties of Pishu 5 and Qingshu 168 were both resistant and high-yielding, which could be demonstrated and popularized in the ward. Among them, Heba, cigarette case, Dianlong No.1 and Qingshu 9, The resistance level of the cultivars was high and medium, suggesting that they should not be planted in endophytic chytridiomycetes. Other varieties could be further observed for their resistance.
