宁夏大学体育馆造型独特,施工工艺复杂,其屋盖钢管桁架结构由舞台区与观众区两个独立的屋盖结构体系构成,在安装上没有连续性。针对该项目屋盖钢管桁架结构的特点及施工难点,重点介绍舞台区落地钢管桁架临时支撑的搭设、钢管桁架的吊装就位;观众区转换桁架临时支撑的搭设、高空散拼、放射状主桁架整体吊装等技术。利用在转换桁架下搭设钢平台的施工方案,不但加快了施工进度,而且为后续穿插施工提供了工作面,提高了投资效益。该吊装方案明显优越于搭设满堂脚手架的方案,对于同类项目的施工具有一定的参考价值。
