新媒体技术突飞猛进,传者与受众的界限己日渐模糊,新兴媒体使传统的线性传播变为网状互动。多信道新闻发布的隐匿性、迅捷性与话语纷乱为突发公共事件中的政府新闻发布、化解公共危机带来了新的挑战。随着公众参与公共事务讨论的渠道增多,愿望和要求更加强烈,原来相对平稳的公众舆论被进一步激活,成为政治生活领域中的重要角色。
The technology of new media has been advancing by leaps and bounds. The boundary between the audience and the audience has become increasingly blurred. The emerging media has transformed the traditional linear communication into a network interaction. The occult, swiftness and chatter of multi-channel news release have brought new challenges to publicizing government news and resolving public crises in public emergencies. With the increase of channels for public participation in public affairs discussion, aspirations and demands have become stronger. The relatively stable public opinion has been further activated and has become an important player in the political life.
