分别将常规WPC、添加紫外光稳定剂WPC、表面共挤WPC和表面涂覆WPC,通过户外自然耐候性、土壤腐蚀耐候性和湿热氧耐候性三种测试,对比分析测试前后各组试样色差和力学性能变化。结果表明:在三种不同环境下,WPC测试前后色差和力学强度变化幅度由大到小排序为:土壤腐蚀耐候性>户外自然耐候性>湿热氧耐候性。三种WPC处理方式中,表面共挤WPC对三种不同环境下的耐候性均较为优异,且力学强度降幅最小。表面涂覆WPC与紫外光稳定剂WPC仅对户外自然耐候性有一定效果,且前者优于后者,但对土壤腐蚀耐候性和湿热氧耐候性效果不明显。
