上海无线电七厂试制的高精度、高效率、低温漂线性集成稳压器模块(六个系列),于四月十九日通过部级设计鉴定。该产品采用带有电流放大环节的集电极输出型结构,使输入输出的压差减少到一个晶体管的饱和压降且不必采用辅助电源,达到了高效率。适当选取比较放大器增益,电流放大环节的电流放大倍数和调整管的有效电压增益可达到高精度。采用内表面击穿温度补偿齐纳二极管作基准和可调精密恒流源偏置达到低温漂、低噪声、长期稳定等优良性能。结构上采用半导体集成电路和部分元件组装集成的形式。可广泛用于航天机载设备、电子设备、卫星通讯、接收设备、核物理仪器等作精密基准稳压源。同时,通过鉴定的还有用于航空、航海、野外勘测、微型电子计算机等电子设备中的SM942/SM943直流(DC-DC)转换器。
