通过硬度测量、冲击韧度测试、光学金相及扫描电子显微分析,研究了不同热处理工艺对壁厚为90 mm的高铬铸铁Cr27的组织及性能的影响。结果表明:经过高温等温后淬火,铬的碳化物尺寸明显长大,并随着淬火温度的升高而增大;样品硬度值随着淬火温度的升高而增加,并在回火后降低;回火后室温冲击值提高近1倍,与淬火温度相关不大;同铸态组织相比,断口形貌亦无明显变化。
The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of high chromium cast iron Cr27 with a wall thickness of 90 mm were investigated by hardness measurement, impact toughness test, optical metallography and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that after quenching at high temperature, the carbide size of chromium obviously increases and increases with the increase of quenching temperature. The hardness value of sample increases with the quenching temperature and decreases after tempering. After tempering room temperature impact value increased nearly 1 times, and quenching temperature is not related to; compared with the as-cast microstructure, fracture morphology and no significant change.
