在企业不断发展的新形势下,加强并且创新对流动分散党员的教育管理工作,既是党建工作中的一个课题,也是企业在发展工作中应该做好的一项工作。如何强化对党员的教育管理和创新活动方式,有效做好一人一事的思想政治工作,确保流动分散党员先锋模范作用的发挥尤为重要。通过亲身实践和相关调研,本文以某施工企业流动分散党员的教育管理为例,剖新了存在的不足及成因,并对一些具体措施和做法进行了论述。
Under the new situation of continuous development of enterprises, strengthening and innovating education and management of scattered and scattered members is not only a topic in the party building work, but also a work that enterprises should do well in their development work. How to strengthen ideological and political work on the education and management of party members and ways of creative activities, how to effectively do one-person matters, and ensure that the exemplary vanguard role of decentralized party members are given full play is especially important. Through hands-on and relevant research, this paper takes the education and management of the scattered enterprise members in a construction enterprise as an example, analyzes the existing problems and causes, and discusses some concrete measures and practices.
