时下面对激烈的农资市场竞争环境,国内农资零售终端和供应商之间的关系很脆弱,基本上是利益上的关系,远没有上升到一种战略联盟的关系。但是从行业健康发展规律和趋势来看,农资零售终端和供应商之间的关系要晋升到紧密的战略联盟式的合作关系也是一种必然。本文就这一问题作一简单阐述,希望引起相关利益方的思考和决策时参考。
Nowadays, under the fierce competition environment of agricultural materials market, the relationship between the retail terminals of domestic agricultural materials and suppliers is very fragile, which is basically the relationship of interests, far from rising to a kind of strategic alliance. However, judging from the laws and trends of the healthy development of the industry, it is also inevitable that the relationship between the agricultural retail terminals and suppliers should be promoted to a close strategic alliance. This article gives a simple exposition of this issue, hoping to arouse the relevant stakeholders’ thinking and decision-making reference.
