应用免疫组化及计算机图象分析技术测定泪腺多形性腺瘤转铁蛋白受体表达和细胞核DNA 含量,结果32例肿瘤中8例转铁蛋白受体表达阳性。部分肿瘤 DNA 含量增加,倍体分布类型呈双峰及多峰分布。转铁蛋白受体表达与肿瘤细胞 DNA 含量倍体分布类型明显相关,在转铁蛋白受体表达的肿瘤,DNA 含量倍体分布类型主要为双峰及多峰,提示转铁蛋白受体表达与肿瘤细胞的增殖活性有关。
Immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis were used to determine the expression of transferrin receptor and DNA in nucleus of lacrimal gland pleomorphic adenoma. Results The expression of transferrin receptor was positive in 8 of 32 tumors. Some tumor DNA content increased, ploidy distribution type bimodal and multimodal distribution. The expression of transferrin receptor was significantly correlated with the type of DNA content in tumor cells. The types of DNA content in the tumors expressed by transferrin receptor were mainly bimodal and multimodal, suggesting that the expression of transferrin receptor Tumor cell proliferation activity.
