一、病例摘要患者27岁,孕1产0,孕37周,因“妊娠合并多发性神经纤维瘤,双下肢水肿半月,加重1周”于2016年4月15日收入上海交通大学附属第六人民医院产科。患者5岁左右皮肤出现咖啡色斑块,未在意,10岁时因上臂疼痛就诊于北京大学第三医院,诊断为多发性神经纤维瘤病,并予手术切除肿瘤,之后分别于2002年、2006年、2007年、2008年、2009年、2010年、2011年、2012年及2014年行右膝、臀部、脑部、左下肢、肺尖、右上肢、髂骨等多部位的神经纤维瘤切除术。自诉家族成员中无多发性神经纤维瘤病,孕前病情平稳,孕12周在上海交通大学附属第六人民产科建卡产检,
