目的总结胎儿Galen静脉瘤(vein of Galen malformation VGM)声像图特征,提高对本病的认识。方法对2012年8月至2015年9月在贵州省人民医院诊断的6例胎儿VGM的声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果 6例胎儿VGM均表现为在胎儿丘脑后方或后上方近中线部位的薄壁型囊性无回声区,彩色多普勒显示囊性无回声内充满彩色血流信号,脉冲多普勒显示为高速低阻血流频谱。结论彩超能够提供丰富的声像图信息,提高了胎儿VGM的产前诊断率,并能与脑中线上的其他囊性病变相鉴别,是诊断胎儿VGM的首选方法。
Objective To summarize the sonographic features of fetal Galen malformation VGM to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the features of 6 cases of fetal VGM diagnosed in Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from August 2012 to September 2015. Results Six cases of fetal VGM showed thin-wall cystic anechoic area behind the posterior thalamus or posterior superior midline, and color Doppler showed cystic anechoic full of color flow signals. Pulsed Doppler showed High-speed low resistance blood flow spectrum. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound can provide abundant sonographic information, improve the prenatal diagnosis rate of fetal VGM and differentiate it from other cystic lesions in the midline of the brain. It is the first choice to diagnose fetal VGM.
