在当今资本逻辑盛行的时代,极度追求效率和利润的资本逻辑弊端越发明显的显现。企业作为社会重要的经济细胞,对其道德责任研究正吸引越来越多的关注,那么在对企业道德责任的研究中,甚至于在企业道德责任评价体系的构建中,来源于管理学领域的利益相关者理论可以给企业道德领域的研究一个很好的研究支点,所以很值得我们重点分析。
In the era when capital logic is prevalent, the abuse of capital logic that seeks extreme efficiency and profit becomes more obvious. As a socially important economic cell, enterprises are attracting more and more attention to their moral responsibility research. Then in the study of corporate moral responsibility, even in the construction of corporate moral responsibility evaluation system, it comes from the management field. Stakeholder theory can provide a good research fulcrum for the study of corporate ethics, so it is worth our focus on analysis.
