企业的激励机制对于一个企业的发展来说,具有至关重要的作用。它不仅能保证企业的长期发展,同时更是能为企业持续的良性发展保驾护航。而我国企业的激励制度还存在着一些问题,因此我们要对这些问题进行讨论,建立一个科学的企业员工的激励机制,让企业发展的更快更好。
The corporate incentive mechanism plays a crucial role in the development of a company. It not only ensures the long-term development of the company, but also protects the company’s continued healthy development. However, there are still some problems in the incentive system of Chinese enterprises. Therefore, we must discuss these issues and establish a scientific enterprise employee incentive mechanism to make the enterprise develop faster and better.
