改革开放以来,广东工会在继承中创新,在创新中前进,走出了一条具有广东特色的工会工作新路子,为促进广东经济发展和社会进步作出了巨大贡献。一、抓好组建,巩固党的阶级基础针对广东非公有制企业发展迅猛、企业职工数量庞大、外来员工不断涌入的特点, 广东工会开展了大规模的非公有制企业工会组建工作。目前,全省建立了从省、市、县到镇、村、企业的工会组织网络。全省工会基层组织覆盖企事业单位超过30万家, 名列全国第二;工会会员达到1179万人,名列全国第一。

The number of trade unions reached 11.79 million, ranking the first in the country.
